- In case of no show or last-minute cancellation there are no refunds.
- In case of hotel booking cancellation the refund is subject to hotel policy. If hotel will refund 100% we will refund 100%, if hotel refund 50% we will also refund 50%, BUT if hotel refuses to refund than no refunds are applicable.

- In order to process your booking, we collect personal details from you together with information we learn about you from your use of our website. Your data may be used for the following purposes: providing products and services you request, contacting you in the event of any change or cancellation of hotels or car, customer surveys, customer relations communications and offering you services and products we believe may interest you.
1. In case of no-show there are no refunds.
2. 100% refund will be done if cancellation is done before 60 days.
3. 50% refund will be done if cancellation is done before 30 days.
4. Less than 30 days refund is subject to hotel policy.
The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request.
